This workshop will provide attendees with current websites for job search, training, and resources. A "Resume Analyzer" will also be used to help learn more about the importance of resume appearance, substance, structure and flow, relevancy, content, and red flags.
Attendees should bring their resume! Finally, handouts to help prepare for interviews and some mock interview practice will be provided.
By the end of this session participants will be able to:
- Make resume revisions that will improve the chances of being selected for an interview and discuss how to prepare for interviews.
- Access specific websites for job search and training and learn more about community resources for the unemployed.
